Cancellation Policy For Sedans And SUVs

If cancelled within 3 hours before pick up time a 100 % charge will be made.

Cancellation Policy For Sprinters

If cancelled within 12 hours before pick up time a 100 % charge will be made.

No Show Policy
100% charge will be made.

Wait Time Policy
For domestic flights 30 minutes complimentary at landing.
For international flights 60 minutes complimentary at landing.
For all other locations 15 minutes complimentary time.

Gratuity Is Not Included. It Is At Guest's Discretion

Vehicle Assignment
Fabio Limo agrees to provide a vehicle and a chauffeur at the time, date, and location specified in the agreement. (If the guest needs additional hours of service, it is subject to vehicle availability). In any vehicle we accommodate as many guests as there are seat belts.

Fabio Limo reserves the right to subtitute a similar vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of mechanical difficulties or scheduling reasons. Due to the nature of this business, certain vehicle models may not be availables at the time of the reservation service date, in which a comparable vehicle or upgrade will be offered. Fabio Limo has the right ro sub-contract your reservation to another qualified, licensed and fully insured transportation company.

Delays
Fabio Limo Services will take all necessary steps to ensure vehicles arrive before the scheduled time of pick up. However, Fabio Limo Services shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by acts of nature, civil unrest, unannounced street closures, accidents, incorrect pick up or drop off information, or any situation out of our control. This includes extreme weather conditions and unsafe road conditions. Please consult with the airline to determine the amount of time recommended to arrive at the airport before your scheduled flight departure time.

Under no circumstance shall Fabio Limo Services compensate the passenger beyond a refund of the cost of services booked with us. We will not be held responsible or compensate guests for missed flights, hotel stays, rebooking fees, or other costs associated with missed flights.

Alcohol & Illegal Substances
Our vehicles are not authorized to consume any alcohol beverages on board.

Damage To Vehicle
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind. Smoking in the vehicle will result in ending the trip. Fabio Limo Services will not be responsible in any way. All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and checked for damage before each engagement. The guest shall be responsible for any cleaning or repairs which may be required due to any act of negligence or disregard by the guest or by the client's guest. The guest assumes all liability for all passengers.

Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning and/or cleaning of bodily fluids of any type will incur a minimum fee of $250 and may immediately terminate the reservation. Other damages will be charged at the total cost of repairs. All repairs will be done at the Dealership.

Lost Items
Fabio Limo cannot be held liable for items left in any vehicle. Please inspect the vehicle at the end of service.
